Homes are selling in Bent Tree and Big Canoe. Sales in both communities (as in most second home communities) were hit hard when the real estate bubble burst about a decade ago. But, some sellers, over the last couple of years, have made a nice profit if they bought their homes after the crash. Those that bought at the peak of the bubble have not been so fortunate, but that has been true in many locations across the country. The following is a list of some of the Bent Tree home sales so far in 2017. There are 29 sales represented on the list, for a total of $5,098,100 in sales. The individual closing prices ranged from $45,700 for a distressed property in poor condition to $355,000 for a home that was on the 2008 Bent Tree Tour of Homes. Note – there are also a number of homes currently under contract (they are not included on this list).
